Frank Lloyd Wright THE NATURAL HOUSE 1st Edition Thus 1st Printing Hardcover New York Bramhall House 1954 Near Fine in a Very Good+ dust jacket. Laminate lightly wrinkling along front panel edges.
USED IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, HILLS-DECARO FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT HOUSE, ORIGINAL 1 OF 1 PENCIL DRAWING, FRAMED & MATTED. FRAME MEASURES 33″ x 27″, DRAWING MEASURES 23″ x 17″. A LITTLE HISTORY: THE E. HILLS HOUSE WAS DESTROYED BY FIRE IN 1976. FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS, MY FATHER REBUILT THE HOUSE TO THE ORIGINAL FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT DESIGN AND BLUE PRINTS. UPON COMPLETTION OF THE REBUILD, MY FATHER HAD THIS PIECE COMMISSIONED. THE DRAWING IS DONE IN PENCIL BY THE ARTIST HENNESSY, DATED AND SIGNED 1981. THIS IS THE ONLY PIECE. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL ONE OF ONE. A RARE CHANCE TO OWN A UNIQUE PIECE OF FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT HISTORY. THE HOUSE WAS RENAMED THE HILLS-DECARO HOUSE BY THE NATIONAL HISTORICAL PRESERVATION SOCIETY. Very rare Frank Lloyd Wright lithograph in excellent condition. Plexiglass just freshly replaced and frame cleaned. Frame may have some minor marks, etc due to age and storage. Back of frame has chip marks as well. Plexi may pop out a bit as it is a hair too short. Embossed with “frank lloyd wright” on bottom left. Likely in the late 80′s / early 90′s. Always stored in a climate controlled environment and always very well taken care of. Very rare and sought after. In beautiful modernist frame, matted with plexiglass.
