An exceptional set of eight Mission or Arts & Crafts style high back dining chairs Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for the Isabel Roberts House (1908) These are very high quality reproductions. An example of the original is found at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. USA, Circa 1980s Solid quarter sawn oak frames, with leather seats. Measures: Side chairs – 20″W x 19.5″D x 49H. Seat height: 18.5. Armchairs – 23.75″W x 20″D x 49.25H. Arm height: 24.25. Very good original vintage condition. This is an Ultra Rare model of the Frank Lloyd Wright Mile High Building. Designed as a future skyscraper in Chicago, this building was to have more than 300 floors and stand over 1 mile in height! Architect Jon Bell of Bell Models only made 4 of these. The largest one is located in the Milwaukee Art Museum off of Lake Michigan. The model shows all of the scaled cars next to the plaza of the building. The Tower was made in 1 inch equals 100 feet and stands 54 inches tall. The Tower is made of architectural grade wood and coated in a bronze finish. Own a piece of history from the late Jon Bell. He also made the smaller 11 inch models that many other collectors know of. Building will be packed very well and insured for its full value. The 1 inch =100 feet Twin Towers and the new World TRADE CENTER are not part of the sale but are there to show just how big the Tower is in real life. This is definitely a collectible. This beautifully designed art work is prepared and framed by Z Gallerie. An original poster from Frank Lloyd Wright’s “Masterworks” exhibit at the Phoenix Art Museum, 1990. The original 1956 Frank Lloyd Wright presentation poster of the The Illinois was 22 feet tall and is the bases for the Phoenix Art Museum’s 1990 poster. Please note this original 1990 Frank Lloyd Wright framed poster is on heavy stock paper, not to be compared with versions printed on thin paper stock. Z Gallerie has extracted the image of The Illinois and Frank Lloyd Wright’s facsimile signature from the original 1990 poster and framed them to appear as if floating over the deep green colored background and within the light beige matting. Framed in a blonde colored light pine case with protective glass. Case Measurements: 37 1/4 inches long x 13 3/4 inches wide x 2 1/4 inches deep with glass. Condition Report: In excellent condition, the poster art is in excellent condition, no damage of any kind. Z Gallerie Paper Backing is damaged, see photos.
