It has 144 pages of samples. I think theres only one border sample thats been cut out. The hardcover has wear all around the edges, as well as a dent on the top of the spine. Since this was used in a commercial context, the wear from use makes sense. Theres what looks like foxing on the white square on the front, as well as the inside of the cover. The white detail pages in the back also have this foxing. The sample pages are in good condition overall, but as you can see theres some rippling on many of them when they sit flat. Im not sure if this was caused by storage conditions or this just happened naturally. This is a really cool and rare Frank Lloyd Wright collectible.
