TECO Art Pottery Frank Lloyd Wright Designed Piece 10 inches Tall Retired Piece, Studio Closed Twice since original, wonderful design released. Here is a beautiful Teco Pottery vase with four buttress handles around the neck designed by W. It is shape number 269 in the Teco catalog which notes “noticeable for it’s originality”. It has the famous Teco matte green signature glaze with a little darkness in the recess’. Teco, founded by William Day Gates outside of Chicago in 1899, had 500 designs. Teco designs are architectural, with clean and simple lines, rather than elaborate patterns. Its unclear when the company stopped making art pottery. Perfect, original condition, no chips, cracks, damage, repairs, just drop dead gorgeous pottery!! Tiffany & Co Frank Lloyd Wright Imperial China 6 Five Piece Settings = 30 MINT

From an estate in Manhattan NYC, here are SIX five piece place settings in the much sought after Imperial China of Japan Frank Lloyd Wright design that he did for the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo Japan. It was made for Tiffany & Co. The pattern features a gold checkered border on a white background with one drop down little rectangle which is much in the Arts & Crafts style or it is also perhaps Prairie. The set was a wedding gift that was simply not used more than twice. I could find maybe one or two faint scuffs on the entire lot of 30 pieces. Each setting consists of: one dinner plate (10 3/8″), one salad plate (7.5″), one bread and butter plate (6 3/4″), a regular sized tea cup and a saucer (5 3/4″). The bottom of every piece is signed with Imperial for Tiffany and Co. ” and the three larger plate sizes have the rectangle with Wrights signature and it says “Adapted from a design by Frank Lloyd Wright and certified by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. Really an elegant and crisp pattern and very nice to have it in such nice condition. A fine addition to any collection or a nice way to expand the set you already have.
