This is a framed poster of Frank Lloyd Wright’s’Pavilion for Leesburg Floating Gardens’ Project, created in 1952 using pencil and color pencil on tracing paper. On the right side of the print, there is a descriptive text in both English and Japanese, explaining the artwork and its details. The print is near mint with minimal signs of use. The Frank Lloyd Wright Tabletop Sprite is a reduced scale reproduction of the original Midway Gardens Sprite designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and sculptured by Alfonzo Ianelli, for the Midway Gardens complex, Chicago, Illinois, (1913-14). These pieces are faithfully reproduced from the original designs and officially licensed by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. Created from sketches in the Frank Lloyd Wright Archives, this sculpture is hand cast in hydro-stone with a limestone finish. See third picture for facial detail. The Tabletop Sprite is 12 in height.
