Rare FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT MIDWAY GARDENS Silver Plated Teapot CIRCA 1914 Chicago ANTIQUE. A rare museum piece from Frank Lloyd’s Midway Gardens in Chicago. The Midway Gardens was only open for 2 seasons from the opening June 27th, 1914 up until the Edelweiss Brewing Co. Took over in 1916. The name was changed to “EDELWEISS GARDENS”. A very coveted artifact, only a few known to exist, designed by Frank Lloyd! Measures approximately 5-1/4″ tall, 7-1/4″ from handle to spout. In very good antique condition. There are scratches/scuffs from age/use but no major dents. Lid hinge is very healthy. Please view all pictures and they are the main part of the description.
