1955 issue of House Beautiful magazine, almost entirely dedicated to Frank Lloyd Wright. Item is 384 pages, measures appr. 10″ x 13″ and is in VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION ; covers and all pages are intact and appear complete. Flaws include; light to moderate. Front cover wear, with edgewear, light tearing. And several creases; light staining and creasing on some inside pages; and discoloration on back. This is a double issue, so there is noticeable rippling along the spine due to the large number of pages. Rates would be higher for larger, heavier items. ITEMS ARE RATED ON THE FOLLOWING GRADING SYSTEM. MINT (A+) – NEAR MINT (A to A-) – EXCELLENT (B+ to B) – VERY GOOD (B- to C+) – GOOD (C to C-) – FAIR (D+ to D) – POOR (D- to F).
