This bust of Frank Lloyd Wright was made by Joseph Konzal in the 1950s and is comprised of a painted bronze patina on plaster mounted to a wooden base. Konzal was a recognized sculptor who designed busts of other notable figures between 1930 and 1960 including Walt Whitman and Martha Graham. The piece is signed by the artist on the back. One small paint chip on back left side of head but in otherwise great condition! What is seen is exactly what is received.
