The book appears never to have been opened(I opened it to take a picture and see if there were any writings on the inside cover); The Complete Works of Frank Lloyd Wright; 12.9 X 12.4 X 1.9 inches. The box displays fading, shelf wear and a tiny tear on the flap. Please see pictures for a better description. Otherwise, an unpaid case will be opened and item will be relisted.
