(Architecture) Wright, Frank Lloyd. Duell, Sloan & Pearce, New York, NY. B&W Illustration: 3rd Printing. This book is in Very Good+ condition and is lacking a dust jacket. The book and its contents are in mostly clean, bright condition. There is some light bumping to the spine ends and corners of the book covers. The lettering on the spine of the book has some light rubbing. The text pages are clean and bright. Wright was a pioneer of what came to be called the Prairie School movement of architecture and also developed the concept of the Usonian home in Broadacre City, his vision for urban planning in the United States. He also designed original and innovative offices, churches, schools, skyscrapers, hotels, museums, and other commercial projects. Wright-designed interior elements (including leaded glass windows, floors, furniture and even tableware) were integrated into these structures. He wrote several books and numerous articles and was a popular lecturer in the United States and in Europe.

AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT. London: Longmans, Green and Co. 9 1/4 x 7 1/4. Plus a [25]pp. Section of black and white photograph reproductions at rear. Tan linen cloth over flexible boards with ink printed title decorations to front, spine (and three ruled lines at rear). With illustrated dust jacket. Small indentation and offsetting from a paperclip at inteior front jacket flap. FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT’ crudely written in ink print at jacket spine. Otherwise only the slightest edgewear. Outer binding cloth remarkably bright and clean. Small bit of creasing to very upper corner of final half of pages. Paperclip indentation at upper margin of first endpaper. Conservatively, about very good in like jacket.
