The set appears to be 100% complete, I verified all pieces against the parts list and built it again to make sure. This item was previously owned so there may be some dust, scratches and other imperfections, but no broken parts. The box has some shelfware from being in storage. This includes creasing, surface scratches and rubbing on the edges and corners throughout. Also packing tape was used to reseal the box.
