In excellent vintage condition. Crease lines consistent with being mailed as a letter. The conversation here is between Wallace Baldinger, a professor of art history at the University of Oregon, and Frank Lloyd Wright discussing plans and costs to build a FLW community south of south of Eugene, OR. Wallace was awarded the job at the UO on Wright’s recommendation. The project was ultimately scrapped because of materials costs skyrocketing during and after World War 2.
