Up for sale is a Buffalo China and Larkin Company Restaurant Ware Mug. Larkin (the founder of Buffalo China) and Frank Lloyd Wright were friends and business associates. The original Larkin Co. Building, in Buffalo, NY, was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the Arts and Crafts style. The design and logo on the mug comes from the design on the Larkin Co. Building (which was torn down in 1950, unfortunately). Wright not only designed the building but also the furniture, office spaces and many other aspects of the building. It is thought that Wright designed this Larkin Co. Logo, but there is no certain proof of this. The mug is 3 3/4″ tall and 3 1/2″ diameter at the top. It is in excellent condition without any chips or cracks. I do not see any scratching, there is minor scuffing on the bottom (see pictures).
