Printed in Japan, housed in original folding cloth clam shell boxes with bone ties, printed paper folding cases, which, in turn, are housed in original cardboard boxes with pull-off lids and printed paper labels on front. The outer brown cardboard box it 17 3/4″ by 23 1/4″. Is part of the Estate of Blaine Drake Architect. Other Items from the estate of my parents. Both Blaine and Hulda were apprentice’s to Frank Lloyd Wright starting at Taliesin East in Spring Green Wisconsin in the early 1930′s. Where they met and were married in the Wright’s living room, taking part in the building of Taliesin West until they left Taliesin in 1941. Blaine Drake in the following 40years designed 160 projects and see more than two thirds of them completed.
