There were various shapes of concrete blocks, that were custom made for the project that had different patterns cast into their surfaces. The element that you have acquired is a copper-plated-cast-aluminum reproduction of one of the pierced blocks from the Storer house. Most of the blocks used on the house were solid in nature. Some were pierced with glass to fill the void, or lenses, or lights. Measures 16x16x 1 3/4 at thickest point.
