I counted, sorted, repackaged the pieces into clear plastic zip bags. Every single piece has been accounted for- I even added 2 spare pieces. Package is heavier than most LEGO sets of similar size due to the original spiral-bound instruction booklet that includes the history of Fallingwater and a short Frank Lloyd Wright biography. Condition of box is very good, but not perfect. (there are some fine scratches/creases, slight wear around corners). MAKES A GREAT GIFT! NON-SMOKING / PET FREE HOME.
