Teco, composed of the first two letters in Terra and Cotta, is known for its smooth, micro-crystalline matte glaze green pottery. Frank Lloyd Wright used Teco pottery as decorative accents in many of the houses he designed. With groundbreaking shapes both architectural and organic, these high-quality reproductions maintain the integrity of the originals. Water tight with a satin finish glaze and contemporary style. This unique Teco vase measures 9.5″ Tall and 5.5″ in diameter. Made of ceramic porcelain, the vase weighs about 3.5 pounds. The Buttress Vase 4 or the four handed Buttress Vase in TECO’s design catalog, features an architectural genius of four supporting structural buttresses upholding the vase in the center.
