This is such a great old window! It has a pegged-construction oak frame, with 22 flower and 50 sawtooth glass tiles by Frank Lloyd Wright. Each tile is 4 x 4. Only a few of them have tiny chips. It may be lead. There is a bit of dirt on the edges which comes off easily with a knife and some glass cleaner. I did a pretty good cleaning of them. This came with some information from the estate. The collector lived in a Frank Lloyd Wright house in West Lafayette, Indiana. This was part of a large collection of pieces by him. I do not know how this was displayed, but there is evidence (drilled holes) that it was mounted at some point. It currently has eye hooks. There is a newspaper article about the estate and the house. There is also a CD about glass tiles, and two sheets of descriptions of these particular tiles.
