Wright designed three lines of furnishings for the Heritage-Henredon Furniture Company. “The Four Square, ” renamed “The Taliesin Line” was the only line ever produced. This handsome fruit bowl is adapted from those drawings. Until 1992 none had been cast. Historical Arts & Castings in Salt Lake City, Utah was licensed by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation in 1992 to produce several of the items. Only a very few of these were ever manufactured. This fruit bowl is solid cast bronze with an applied patina. It is in very good condition except for the five patina blemishes as shown. Measures: 10″ diameter, and stands 4″ tall. Weight: 6.8 lbs.
