The meetings were hailed at the time as the most remarkable events of recent architectural affairs in England, and the lectures were published as. In September 1939 by Lund Humphries. No architectural speaker in London had ever gathered such audiences. The photos at the end of the book compliment a film he showed of his buildings in Taliesin, Wisconsin, and in Arizona. He designed the famous Usonia #1, and the Solar Hemisphere over the years, and the book includes photos and anecdotes about the process. Their friendship lasted 25 years, until Wright’s death.
