Another offering from my Wright plan collection. A set of plans for the Malcolm Willey Residence Scheme II. Those familiar with FLW’s designs for Willey know the first scheme was not built. The plans offered are for the house built in Minneapolis, Minnesota built in 1938. The set consists of 8 blackline vellum sheets. The drawings are at 1/4″ =1′-0″ scale. The sheet size is 22″ x 36″. C1933 Original Frank Lloyd Wright Blueprint Willey Usonian House Minneapolis MN. This is a very special item. It is an original circa 1934 blueprint of the Malcolm Willey House in Minneapolis, MN by Frank Lloyd Wright. Blueprint has been matted and framed recently. Frame measures approx 17 3/4″ x 29″ and the blueprint measures approx 13 1/2″ x 24 1/2″. The blueprint has a small area of moisture discoloration on the top right corner, a small tear which has been taped along the right edge, what appears to be a tear on the bottom right near the center fold and a possible separation on the left edge. A larger tear appears from the right edge. This item would make a great addition to any collection!
