Frank Lloyd Wright Coonley Playhouse Triptych Tabletop Glass Panel. Free standing, hinged, three-panel tabletop representation of the stained glass triptych window of the Avery Coonley Playhouse designed by Frank Lloyd Wright ca. The frame is black painted wood with mortise and tenon joinery so the glass is set in a groove. The outer panels are secured to the middle with two small brass hinges each. The design image is applied to the glass, probably by silk screening, so only one side is for viewing. Overall size is: 14 3/4″ wide x 9″ tall x 1/2 wood thickness. Condition: Excellent condition without cracks, scratches or discoloration. There is a tiny ding in the wood on the reverse of the. Jointed edge, shown in photos. It is not marked or signed.
