This is an Ultra Rare model of the Frank Lloyd Wright Mile High Building. Designed as a future skyscraper in Chicago, this building was to have more than 300 floors and stand over 1 mile in height! Architect Jon Bell of Bell Models only made 4 of these. The largest one is located in the Milwaukee Art Museum off of Lake Michigan. The model shows all of the scaled cars next to the plaza of the building. The Tower was made in 1 inch equals 100 feet and stands 54 inches tall. The Tower is made of architectural grade wood and coated in a bronze finish. Own a piece of history from the late Jon Bell. He also made the smaller 11 inch models that many other collectors know of. Building will be packed very well and insured for its full value. The 1 inch =100 feet Twin Towers and the new World TRADE CENTER are not part of the sale but are there to show just how big the Tower is in real life. This is definitely a collectible.
