Hard to find lighter of the SC Johnson’s Wax Research Tower in Racine, Wisconsin. The lighter was designed by noted Industrial Designer, Brooks Stevens and was a limited edition (estimates of less than 2,000 produced) and was given away as executive and corporate gifts. Very good condition with no chips to the Cherokee red paint. Lighter does not work (probably just needs flint/fluid). Piece stands 5 3/4 tall. The collection was originally released in 1990. This is a miniature version of the “Johnson” chair designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. These are sterling silver which tarnishes over time, so some polishing may be needed. Some people like the tarnish/patina so we leave them as they are. DIMENSIONS: L: 1-13/16″ W: 1-3/4″ H: 2-3/8.
