It is an original circa 1934 blueprint of the Malcolm Willey House in Minneapolis, MN by Frank Lloyd Wright. Blueprint has been matted and framed recently. Frame measures approx 17 3/4″ x 29″ and the blueprint measures approx 13 1/2″ x 24 1/2″. The blueprint has a small area of moisture discoloration on the top right corner, a small tear which has been taped along the right edge, what appears to be a tear on the bottom right near the center fold and a possible separation on the left edge. A larger tear appears from the right edge. This item would make a great addition to any collection!
