Being offered is a full set of blueline working drawings for the Louis Penfield residence Scheme 2. This set was printed at half scale from original plans about 30 years ago and have been part of my personal FLW collection. The size is approximately 18″ x 24″ and are half scale. These can quite easily be reprinted at full 1/4 scale if desired. This second scheme designed remained unbuilt until recently. It’s interesting to note this scheme was designed on a 5′-0″ unit but revised in the final working drawing to a 4′-0″ unit The new owners of the Penfield property decided to build this residence. “River Rock” as it is called, was completed in 2025.
