Includes early photo of TALIESIN by Chicago photographer Raymond Trowbridge. The 9″x12″ original photo is tipped onto a hand made paper mat with the Trowbridge logo stamp in the bottom corner. LABELED AND SIGNED (presumably to Wright) by his stepdaughter SVETLANA WRIGHT in sepia ink: TALIESIN In remembrance of the first days we spent here together horseback riding, climbing and car driving. Svetlana Wright-Peters was and integral and much needed member and leader of the Taliesin Fellowship, founded in 1932. Her profile and the family’s early days at Taliesin can be found online under Svetlana Wright-Peters. Beige cloth boards are worn and slightly soiled at the edges. Red leather gilt lettered title labelis rubbed but bright and whole on the spine. The portion of the label overlapping the boards is chipped at the edges.
