Tight and VG (fading along the spine, light offsetting at the rear panel) in a crisp, price-clipped, VG+ dustjacket, with several tiny chips and small closed tears along the panel edges. Still though, very presentable. Square octavo, signed on the front flap in light pencil by R. Hunter Middleton, a major figure in modern American typographic history. Wright believed in designing in harmony with humanity and the environment, a philosophy he called organic architecture.
