THIS STAINED GLASS WINDOW IS READY FOR COLORS. THE ONE PICTURED IN CLEAR IS MADE UP OF ABOUT 90 individual pieces of glass that are either clear (the bevels are clear) except ones with the glue chip in their interior. I’m showing this window measuring 20 inches wide by 18 inches tall as an “example window” showing what I can do for the size and price. I can do lot’s of bevels, lot’s of colors, vibrant colors, opaque colors, so if we can do business together I can produce a beautiful window for your home. I’m not limited on size or design as long as it’s no larger than 20 by 20 inches. I have found that these done in Red’s, Greens, lavender, and blue are quite desirable colors. If you look through the photos of my other listings they may give you ideas on colors. You’ll see these other colors as they would look in a stained glass window. Once my windows are soldered and washed with soap and water they are dried and in many cases I darken them with a patina that makes all the seams appear like a pewter look. Many people love the look of pewter or dark patina in that it makes the art take on an antique or “older style”. Tiffany came in to existence a long time ago and it is the style that I focus on. You’ve probably heard the title of Tiffany lamps which is basically the same as I do. Each year my wife and I take many of our windows to the largest Quilt Festival and Show in America which is held in Sisters, Oregon. There we visit with people who come from the through out the United States. The windows we make and the festival in Sisters is something we have done for 17 years running. The place you’d hang a colorful window like you see here is important. A south exposure is often best in that the Sun will show through the window and reveal the best in colors of glass. Almost every window I do is an individual piece meaning no two are exactly a like. I’ll leave it up to the photos to show the detail of each of my panels.
